CrisisLink Hotline

CrisisLink's 24-hour suicide, crisis, and information/referral Hotline provides callers with the tools they need to help themselves.

Staffed by trained volunteers and crisis line workers, this free service gives individuals problem-solving skills and information regarding community resources so that they may better cope with emotional trauma, personal and family crisis.

Through a contract with the Kristin Brooks Hope Center, CrisisLink also staffs the 1-800-273-TALK line for the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.  We are one of only 79 agencies nationwide whose crisis counseling and suicide prevention services are certified by the American Association of Suicidology.

CrisisLink is also a member of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which can be reached at 1-800-273-TALK.
